NEK Coleslaw (reduced fat)

4 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup grated carrot
1/3 cup nonfat sour cream
1/3 cup nonfat or reduced fat mayonnaise
1-2 TBSP NEK Spicy Maple Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine cabboage, carrot and onion.  Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, and mustard; pour over slaw, toss and chill
