CAPPUCCINO FRENCH TOAST

"COOKIN WITH COFFEE "  Transform leftover French bread into a unique French toast, and don't throw out the left over coffee.  For those who aren't quite awake by breakfast, the milk and coffee mixture can be prepared the night before.

2 Eggs,1/4 cup milk,1/4 cup dark brewed coffee,2tbls lightly packed brown sugar,2 tbl coffee liqueur,1/4 tes cinnamon,1/4 teas nutmeg,4 slices bread, 3 tbls unsalted butter.
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, coffee, sugar,coffee liqueur, cinnamon, and nutmeg.  Pour into pie plate, soak bread in egg mixture for 2-3 min turn and repeat on the other side.  Heat butter in a skillet, drain the bread and fry over med high heat until golden brown. Serve with Vermont Maple Syrup Yummm  Now your "COOKIN WITH COFFEE" !
